Global warming and climate change are nowadays one of the most important issues facing us. Without changes to how we create and use energy the effects of climate change could become enduring and irrevocable. The effects of increasing temperatures would affect every aspect of our lives, and radically affect crops and food production. The rising temperatures linked with global warming as due to increasing the CO2 levels in the atmosphere. Naturally there is a fairly constant level of carbon within the atmosphere, however human influence is dramatically increasing these CO2 levels. This is due to our heavy reliance on fossil fuels to meet our energy demands. Our cars for example are one of the largest contributors of CO2 into the atmosphere. We need to look to alternative and more importantly renewable energy sources that are either low carbon or carbon neutral. Well know alternative and renewable technologies are solar and wind. Both these forms of technology capture energy that is almost always free, and will play an central role in our energy future. However both these of these energy technologies rely on energy that is not always available and they cannot meet all our energy demands. Biomass, which is any natural mater, which can be used as a fuel source, is a source of energy many people over look.

Learn more about Pellet Mill

Wood pellets and other types of biomass pellets is a uncomplicated but effect use of biomass energy. Pellets in some form or another are used in many different industries, for example the animal feed industry is now the principal sector, which produces pellets. However the energy pellet industry and particularly the wood pellet fuel industry over the next few years should overhaul the feed pellet industry. Pellets have very similar properties to a liquid and flow well through hoppers and are ideal for automatic systems in stoves and boilers.

Pellet presses are used to manufacture pellets for either the animal feed industry or the fuel pellet industry. The pellet press contains a die and a set of rollers. The die contains holes through which the raw material is compressed to form pellets. The diameter of the holes depends on the use of the end product, for example stove pellets are a much smaller diameter than power station pellets. To produce a pellet the raw material needs to be rather dry, however some humidity is needed to help the pellet form. Also a key condition is heat, as to hold the pellet together lignin within the raw matter is melted. Once the pellet exits the press the lignin then cools to form a rock-hard, dense pellet. Over the next few years there will be a apparent increase in the pellet market development.

No matter how large it is, the home organization solutions task that you will be tackling, is doable. This is not something that can be resolved in one day, however. Know that getting organized is a prolonged task. Think small steps. Then get a sheet of paper and follow the steps that are below.

1 – Know The End Result of Your Home Organization Goal

Create your home organizing goals and after that, prioritize these goals.

Write down all the areas that you want to organize then order which ones are most important for you to get organized. One reason to choose one area instead of another may be because this specific room is used most often, it is a room seen first by guest to the house, or it is a room that you feel would result in the largest difference to your own happiness. Now, with the number one being the most important, write down on your paper the numbers next to the rooms, in order of importance.

Then, on a different piece of paper, put down your first room. Put down all of the sections of the room that are cluttered and need to be focused on. These sections should be small projects. For example, good sections for the room could be: under the bed, the desk top, a sock drawer, and so forth. While you are completing, you will proudly be able to check off each of these sections.

Remember though, none of the goals are required to be completed in a moment. Keep your mind on one baby step at a time. Working one task at a time is the quickest way to get organization in the home.

2 – Clear the Mess

Remove all of the stuff out of the first section on your room list.

If your number one priority section is the floor under the bed, then this part asks you to remove everything out of that place. Done with step two.

3 – Section Now Needs to be Sorted

Categorize the stuff out of the section that you are organizing.

Make different piles for ‘trash’, ‘belongs in a different area’, and ‘correct place’. Note that:

* If something hasn’t been used by you in six months, it goes in the garbage pile
* If you use the item a lot, you need to keep it nearest to where you use it.
* If you don’t use the item often or just use it seasonally, then it can be transferred elsewhere that is more difficult to retrieve, like on a top shelf or bottom drawer.

4 – Reduce the Amount of Items

Just for now, take away the articles that go elsewhere.

If there are items in the ‘garbage’ pile, throw it out. If you have items in the ‘goes somewhere else’ pile, get it away from your section (this includes items that only need to go in a drawer below). What is left over are only the belongings that belong in the section that you are organizing.

5 – Making the Organizing Solution

Prepare a solution for organizing the area that you are organizing.

The section you are de-cluttering needs to have a working system in place that works for you. Get home organizers that will have you stay organized. If it is a drawer, dividers with labels may be the solution that works and has the longest effect. If it is a shelf, dividers and labels might work, and so on. (Note the dividers and labels theme). The goal is to ensure that you feel most at ease using the solution and that it becomes more difficult to put the items in the erroneous place.

6 – Put Everything Back

Now you need to place your belongings that go in that section, back into the spot, using the solution you put in place.

You can now take this section off your list and either move-on with another section or wait until the next day to do the next section……..just don’t procrastinate.

Posted by homezine on Jul-24-2009

1. What does 5-ply mean?

When you see this referring to the waterless cookware you are looking to purchase it is referring to the level of construction used to create the cookware. 5-Ply is the lowest level of quality you should consider buying and the highest quality is 7-ply. Your cookware will contain stainless steel on the outer layers and at least one heat inductor such as aluminum, copper or iron in the core of the pan to help retain the heat required to cook without water.

2. Is there no water involved at all when you cook?

This is an incredibly common question and there is no real standard answer. Just as with conventional cooking you have to consider what you are cooking. Vegetables do not need additional water but dry foods like rice may require 1/8 cup of water to help get the process going.

3. How much do I have to spend?

It can be hard to know whether you have to spend a fortune on your waterless cookware in order to get the best results or if this is not necessary. The truth is there are high quality brands on the market today that are just as good as the most expensive but you can purchase them for less. A little research is all it takes to find this out before making your final decision.

4. Is stackable cooking safe?

We know it sounds hard to believe that you can stack pots on top of pots and cook successfully but this is exactly true with waterless cookware. Not all waterless cookware sets offer this feature but the ones that do are built to connect together so you can safely stack 4-5 pots on top of each other without worry. You will get an even cook and save a great deal of time.

5. Is it true more vitamins and nutrients are saved through waterless cooking?

Yes! This is definitely true. All these years we have been boiling and frying all the flavours and natural nutrients out of our foods without even realizing it; waterless cooking preserves them. We can now enjoy the natural flavours of the food we love and take advantage of the vitamins and minerals within them; improving our health.

!!!Why Go Green !!!
The networked cause effect I. structure is extremely complicated and became uneasy to grasp; not only because the modern person thinks linear and mechanical, not comprehensively, but also because, as a rule the mental-spiritual sphere of influence is disregarded.
The factors which should be regarded superior as ethical-moral and reasonable guidelines are suppressed in the today’s society
All these and many other charges increase constantly. The pollutants add up in the organism.(not just in the food chain whose last link is the human being) .
The opposition strength of the people decreases. The immune system is strongly overloaded, what is expressed during the multiplication of the allergy illnesses. The number of Illnesses (physically, psychically and spiritually) increase.
An example of it offers the actual tree deaths for which there are, indeed, many statements which are, however, in spite of detailed investigations even more or less secure hypotheses.
Specific single measures, as they are carried out in the physical movement and environment protection movement, had no drastic success. In addition it is urgently necessary to produce the natural balance in the environment comprehensively.
The air exercises the biggest influence on life and health. Daily we breathe 15 kg of air which are filtered by our lungs, while we take only approx. 2.5 kg of water and less than 1.5 kg of food to ourselves.

Why Go Green – Causes and Effects II.

What the person sows, he harvests it. The physical law of cause and effect can be never disregarded. The today’s catastrophes do not come up by chance to us; they are the fruits of our actions which often date back decades. And because these pile up constantly, today the environmental chaos is visible only like the tip of the iceberg.
In spite of huge efforts of the why go green environment protection movements, although these days even the gouvernment takes part in them, the result seems like a drop on the hot stone, because we can not speak of substancial improvement of the situation. The general threat of pollutants (about 2,000 are involved only in the air pollution) is especially emphasised. However, it is difficult to produce direct links between pollutant charges and certain illnesses. Only by chance their disastrous effectiveness is often found out after years.
One notes this tragic development – except in statistical investigations – very well if one pursues For years the piling up of often sensational scandal reports and bad news in publications.
The general poisoning already begins with drinking the mother’s milk.
The number of the stillborn children whose bodies show cripple effects increases.
Cows brought earlier on an average 10 calves to the world, in 1970 the number is 3.5 and 1977 only to 2.8
The number of the terminations of pregnancy has strongly increased especially since 1977
Not only the Germans are since 1972 a dying nation.
With the physical degeneration, the psychical-spiritual goes parallel.
Cancer stands already at the top of the child mortality and the cancer illnesses in the infancy increase in disastrous measure.
Only 2% of the population died of cancer in 1875 (as today with primitive nations), in 1952 there were 18% and in 1977 already 20%

In 1976 the increase of the cancer victims compared with the year before amounted to 5.2%, up to now there were “only on an average 1% increase per year.
The most frequent cause of death with dogs are likewise crustaceous growths.
After Prof. Dr. Druekrey, Freiburg, 90% of all cancer cases are caused by chemical and physical effects, therefore think about !!!Why Go Green!!!
More than 70% of the people in industrial lands die of cancer as well as heart – and circulatory damages. Only every 100st person dies of senility
In areas of high people concentration, are especially the vital organs (liver, kidney, placenta and more) strongly fortified with cadmium (the deadliest heavy metal), lead, chrome, bromine, arsenic, mercury quicksilver etc.

Only in Germany there are about > 20 Mil. Rheumatic and early invalids.

Today chemical poisons, especially the chlorinated hydrocarbons like DDT, PCP, Lindan are spread everywhere and accumulate in earth, water, plant, animals and people.
From about 60,000 chemical products only at the German market, 2,000 are cancerogen. Unborn ones are 50 times more sensitively against cancer-causing substances.
The storage of chlorine hydrocarbons conducts itself – partly in connection with a huge number of increasing combination effects – for psychosomatic disturbances and illnesses.
