First of all, set thermostats to 78 degrees in summer, 68 degrees in winter. Remember, always run your HVAC system on auto. Don’t forget to change HVAC filters monthly. You should know, when the filter is dirty, it doesn’t work efficiently. Sometimes, as far as my personal experience can be taken into account, you might find that you may have to change it more frequently.
